Sister Christine Daw
Christine Daw – Practice Nurse
Christine trained as a registered general nurse at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London. She then trained as a midwife at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading. Later she undertook further studies at the Polytechnic of the South Bank in order to qualify as a Clinical Nurse Teacher.
In her present post as Practice Nurse, one of her main areas of interest is respiratory care. She holds the Asthma Diploma and conducts regular respiratory clinics. Christine also organises the twice monthly diabetic annual review clinic and maintains an active interest in diabetes. Other areas of interest include Travel Medicine, Coronary Heart Disease and Wound Management.
